All meal replacements come in boxes of 7 servings. This makes it easy to determine how many boxes to order (if you want to have 3 shakes per day you need 3 boxes of shakes per week.) I recommend you always order 2-4 weeks at a time as it takes 5-10 business days to receive your order (faster if you order $200 or more). Kosher Products can be used for any program. For maximum weight loss always use shakes for 3 Meal Replacements each day and NOT more than 1 bar per day.
