  • 1 med onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup almond meal or flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • For the Topping:
  • 1 8oz can tomato sauce
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning

Serves 6-8 individuals.

  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. In a large bowl or mixer combine all meatloaf ingredients.
  3. 3. Place meatloaf mixture into a greased pan. (I used 2 bread pans)
