Little bit of my story:

Always been bigger my entire life, I got up to my heaviest weight 320lbs in January 2014 and was sick of it once and for all. I made my resolution to start my journey and try to lose some weight. Learned sooo much about healthier eating for once in my life and also had many setbacks, but didn’t let that discourage me or stop me like I would in the past, I just kept on going! That’s really the only secret to being successful in losing weight, stay consistent!! 😉
