The oldest baby boomer is 60 and the youngest is 40. Some of us have a lot of money, some of us don’t. The thing we we want the most though is to look 20 years younger that our physical age. Baby boomers are likely to extend midlife well into what used to be considered “old age.”-?-?We don’t want to look old. Most men and woman of the Peace and Love generation have big bellies and are looking pretty bad these days. A lot of us have tried to loose weight but are suffering today with medication prescribed by there doctors to help us deal with all the nutritional pollution created by the food industry. One of my favorite bands is the Moody Blues. There music and videos continue to inspire me.

The weeks that it took me to lose weight with Medifast was definitely a proud day in my life. I used to be self conscious going outside in the summer time with my shirt off showing my big gut. Then I looked in the mirror and weighed myself as I was loosing weight by using the Medifast products. Then for many years I went outside and believe me I felt 20 years younger. My neighbor stopped over and said I looked real good and what I did to lose the weight and I said Medifast, Medifast!

Now after nearly 3 years I can see the neighbor next door look out her window checking to see if I have put on the weight again. She is always disappointed!

Yes, I’m 5x, but I feel 3x and still love my new found body. We baby boomers do not want to live our lives fat and unhealthy. We don’t want all this fast food junk thrown at us anymore.

Many of us were are the start of the fast food revolution but very few of us want this unhealthy food anymore.
