I see it all the time in my neighborhood especially when it’s a nice warm day like today, Oct. 1, 2006 was. Men and Woman out there in there exercise outfits trying to loose weight and somehow get in shape. I can’t help wondering after they have jogged or walked a few miles what they do after the exercise. I see the guy go home take a quick shower and look in the fridge for a nice cold beer to quench the thirst.

I just want to stop my car in the middle of the road, hand them a Medifast meal and yell out.. here put this Medifast meal in 8 oz. of cold water and you will be on your way to loosing that stomach without looking like a withered prune like most diets do today.

The really beautiful thing about the Take Shape for Life program using the Medifast products is that you DON’T exercise when you start the program because you need to give your body time to adjust to the lower caloric intake.

You start and just take 5 supplements a day each spaced out 3 hours apart, drink plenty of water(64 oz.) and you lose the gut and all other ugly fat on your body. Now I’ve heard that some people out there go as far as brag about how many pills they take and are using it as a topic of conversation at a social gathering. Doctors are not out to help you but only themselves by getting you on these lousy drugs.

No other product on the market including Slim Fast and all the others out there compare to Medifast and how it give you quick weight loss with out risking losing any muscle if followed correctly.
