Let’s look at an example for MyPlan:

-?

The photo above shows-?a Take Shape for Life clients-?Medifast meal plan for a typical day. Of course there are hundreds of combination possibilities to keep-?your meals varied. The plan shown is what-?she intended to eat today.-?She can change it at the time-?she eats a meal or can change it at any time.-? You’ll notice that the-?Support-In-Motion software totals the calories for her.-?She can also change it to sort by carbs, protein, fat, etc. so-?she knows at a glance what amount of each-?she will be consuming. In this case,-?she plans to eat 861.5 calories and 91.2 carbohydrates. Depending on-?her mood later in the day,-?she might change the evening meal from vanilla pudding (16 carbs) to a vanilla shake (10 carbs). That will save-?her 6 carbs and 10 calories. Later-?in the-?afternoon-?she might-?decide to eat the pudding for my evening meal, then I’ll probably increase my water consumption to 10 glasses for the day to help flush the extra carbs/calories out faster or do a little extra work around the house.The-?Support-In-Motion software is accessible through my online account and there is nothing to install on my computer. It is fast to load, calculate even on-?a dialup Internet access account, and it doesn’t get blocked by firewall software. It’s intuitive to use and-?many use it every day to determine where-?they can add and where I can cut calories.

This client-?generally try’s to keep-?her calories between 800-950 per day and-?her carbs between 80-90 if at all possible. In seven weeks (as of today)-?she has lost 26 pounds on the Medifast Diet with Take Shape for Life, and is due mostly because-?she keeps a close watch on my calories, carbs, exercise and water consumption. It’s far easier to keep track of calories and carbs through the-?Support-In-Motion software than any other dieting software-?she has-?used in the past.-?She highly recommends it!
