If you want to shed 20lbs but are only giving yourself a month to do, then you are not giving yourself enough time to reach this goal and you will mostly fail. Instead, break your goal into smaller weekly goals that are more attainable. Take it one step at a time. Focus instead on losing smaller amounts of weight each week.
Drink water before and during your meal. Our minds often confuse thirst with hunger which causes us to overeat when we really do not need to. If you drink some water, you might feel fuller and not overeat.

Also, these friends can provide answers to some of the questions that you may have about weight loss. You may be able to get good information that will help you achieve your own weight loss goals.
