Training on converting clients to HAG??s
-? 1.-?Be an example – Live the trilogy
- People will see how attractive your life is and then when you offer the TSFL opportunity they will think G? yes!! I want what they haveG?
- Do not over complicate your business G?? this is a simple business
c.-?-? Like the 5 and 1, it can-? be simple or you can complicate it G?? how do you want to build your business?
- Be duplicatable from minute 1 G??
- From the first contact you have with a G?potentialG? clients do everything by the book, so if they end up joining us on our quest G?? the training had already started G?? you can say G?remember when I first met you in the store and -?we started talking aboutG?G?G?. and then I brought up TSFLG? G? you can see how simple it is to bring up in conversationG?.G?
- If you set up your business correctly the natural progression is for a person to move into the HC position
- Be duplicatable G?? from minute 1
- When you are telling a person about the program
i. Use the tools provided
The dvdG??s, Virtual Judy G?? then they will realize that this is a simple business and they can do it within in their busy schedule
ii. When they ask about how much the program costs – be careful because if you feel that the program is expensive you will relay that.

i. Earn referral credit or chose to be a HC and support your family and friends yourself

- These will probably be their first referrals
- After they lose their first 10 lbs G?? we send out a G?referral packetG?
- It is a pad of referral sheets that one of your clients would hand to someone that asks them about how they are losing their weight.-? It says something like G?this is the information about the weight loss program that I am using.-? David and Terri Miller are my free personal health coaches, that support and encourage me through my weight loss.-? The program is great because on an average you lose 2-5 lbs each weekG?..G?
- After they refer 2 or more people G?? we say G?ya know you might consider becoming a HCG?
- They believe in the program
- They trust you
- They care about their family and friends -?- BELIEF, TRUST, CARING G?? these are qualities that we want in a business partners
- We show them how they can make money in their first month (depending on their particular situation -?-?-?-?

Using the Blue Print for Success – we teach them how to use their strengths and work on their weaknesses (example where to meet potential clients, what to say, how to best make good use of the leads program etcG?)

- We like to give them something that they have to G?take actionG? on G?? so we know that they really want to learn more, and that they will be action oriented G?? Empower them, not enableG?G?G?.

- Listen to what they say and want.
- Plant G??seedG?? from the beginning that we are a referral based business or they can be a partner with us by helping your own friends/family/business associates recapture their health!!
- Teachable moment (21 days)

- Who have you told and who has asked you G?What are you doingG?.
We consider EVERYONE who has success on the program from 30-60-90 days as a potential health coach

- G??Check inG?? and see how these folks are doing in regards to healthy journey/wellness, family, business G?? life in general.
- Review downline on a regular basis and see if youG??ve left anyone out.
- Be sure and check downlines of inactive or less active health advisors G?? G??tap rootG??
- Contact ALL clients who are on the BeSlim Club (These clients are gold as they are living the BeSlim philosophy and G??get itG??, so why not offer them The Trilogy of Optimal Health).
Revisit those who have said, G?NoG? to the bus op in the past because they can be a G?YesG? for today or tomorrow
- Recontact those G??noG?? folks who are clients, leads, prospects with a new approach!
- Provide another level of service, not to take away from what you are already doing
- If someone doesnG??t want to join us, they at least know people you donG??t know and can be a referral network
- Always make it a win/win
- Make it about them, not about you.
Keep working and growing your 100 name list.
- Use exercise in G??BIBG?? to jog memory on a regular basis.
- ItG??s amazing how your list keeps growing as you keep reaching out; keep expanding on your list; keep it handy at all times to drop a new name on it!
- Have a system of names/numbers so you can revisit periodically.
- Utilize your TSFL tools, art of duplication is simplicity at its finest G??donG??t reinvent the wheel. Your team does what you do!
- Always talk to their hearts
- Develop relationships G?? want them, need them, love them
- Mastery of being a great health coach creates natural progression to business coach and if you so desire move on to a business leader.
