Use whole wheat flour instead of white flour when you are baking, it is better for you. Fiber and nutrients are higher in whole wheat flour and it is not as processed.
It’s helpful to gradually reduce your sugar and sodium intake by slowly adding less salt and sugar to your food. This gradual process will wean your palate off sweet and salty tastes, enabling you to eat healthier and enjoy your food at the same time. By slowly reducing your intake, it’ll be less likely that you will notice the healthy change.
