WhatG??s good for the waistline also seems to be good for anti-aging. Laboratory tests conducted by University of Florida scientists reveal that eating a little less and exercising a little more on a daily basis can reduce (or even reverse) aging-related cell and organ damage!

In the study, an 8 percent reduction in calories did the trick. This would equal a few hundred calories daily for humans, which is easier to stomach than earlier reports of a 20-40% reduction in calories needed to achieve a similar effect.
