Brent Lost 140 LBS. On Our Medifast Weight Loss Diet

Brent Mouzakis thought the Take Shape for Life plan was a no-brainer to follow.

January 30th, 2006 Brent Mouzakis started on Medifast-áand realized fast he was on-áthe road to freedom. Yes, freedom from big and tall stores, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar. For Brent, Medifast has changed-áhis life in so many ways and is still changing it today. When-áBrent started the program,-áhe weighed 334 pounds, the-áfattest-áhe had been in-áhis entire life. I-ásaw a TV commercial for Medifast and told-áhis wife that the next time I saw that TV commercial-áhe was going to contact them for information on the program.-áMy wife had suggested that-áhe should try the program.

I did in fact find all the info I needed right there on-áhis computer.-áAfter Brent consulted-áwith his doctor about the program-áhe made the-ádecision do it.-áHe placed my order for a monthGÇÖs supply of the Medifast shakes.-áHe thought doing the 5 & 1 plan for me would be too much of a tease, so with my doctorGÇÖs blessing, it was decided that I would do-áMedifast Shakes-áonly. The first week-áBrent thought-áwas the roughest, but-áafter he-ágot past that and with all-áhis friends and family supporting him,-áit soon became easier to do the day-to-day Medifast routine.

Since starting Medifast,-áBrent has been an inspiration to friends that-áhe rides with in a local motorcycle club he belongs to and even people-áhe works with have been very supportive. So much so that-áhe gets asked weekly, GÇ£How many pounds this week Brent?GÇ¥-áBrent has inspired a guy in the motorcycle club, 3 co-workers, and now-áhis wife to start the Medifast program.-áBrent is-áproud of all of them for the decision to take their back control of their lives.

After 6 months on the program,-áBrent has-álost a total of 140 pounds and he-áfeels great!! He remarks.

ItGÇÖs hard to put into words the feeling that you get from such a huge life change. It’s a little overwhelming, but I’m enjoying every moment. I am now at my goal weight of 194 pounds. I plan on keeping Medifast around the house to help me keep the weight off.
