January 30th, 2006 Brent Mouzakis started on Medifast-?and realized fast he was on-?the road to freedom. Yes, freedom from big and tall stores, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and high blood sugar. For Brent, Medifast has changed-?his life in so many ways and is still changing it today. When-?Brent started the program,-?he weighed 334 pounds, the-?fattest-?he had been in-?his entire life. I-?saw a TV commercial for Medifast and told-?his wife that the next time I saw that TV commercial-?he was going to contact them for information on the program.-?My wife had suggested that-?he should try the program.
I did in fact find all the info I needed right there on-?his computer.-?After Brent consulted-?with his doctor about the program-?he made the-?decision do it.-?He placed my order for a monthG??s supply of the Medifast shakes.-?He thought doing the 5 & 1 plan for me would be too much of a tease, so with my doctorG??s blessing, it was decided that I would do-?Medifast Shakes-?only. The first week-?Brent thought-?was the roughest, but-?after he-?got past that and with all-?his friends and family supporting him,-?it soon became easier to do the day-to-day Medifast routine.
Since starting Medifast,-?Brent has been an inspiration to friends that-?he rides with in a local motorcycle club he belongs to and even people-?he works with have been very supportive. So much so that-?he gets asked weekly, G?How many pounds this week Brent?G?-?Brent has inspired a guy in the motorcycle club, 3 co-workers, and now-?his wife to start the Medifast program.-?Brent is-?proud of all of them for the decision to take their back control of their lives.
After 6 months on the program,-?Brent has-?lost a total of 140 pounds and he-?feels great!! He remarks.
ItG??s hard to put into words the feeling that you get from such a huge life change. It’s a little overwhelming, but I’m enjoying every moment. I am now at my goal weight of 194 pounds. I plan on keeping Medifast around the house to help me keep the weight off.
